Our staff works on a level system which measures years of experience and
dedication. Those at higher levels are more often educators with many
years of experience and high client demand. However, you can feel confident
that all stylists, nail technicians, massage therapists and estheticians
at every level have been educated in the most advanced
methods with a strong emphasis on service and client consideration. |
Children under fourteen are not permitted in the spa. Any child receiving
facial or massage services under the age of 18 must have an adult sign
a consent before services can be performed. However, children are important
to us. That’s why we do take salon appointments for children when
accompanied by an adult. |
Due to our objective to maintain an on-time schedule so as not to inconvenience
our clients, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled
services. |
In the event a client needs to cancel the appointment, they must do so
at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. (Monday’s appointments
must be cancelled on Saturday). Failure to do so will result in a charge
of the full service fee. |
